Speaker: Michael Larrabee
Summary: Philippians 3:7-11, John 17:3, Matthew 19:23-26, Hebrews 10:12
Easter is our victory day. We celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ on this great day. We are invited, called, and charged with the responsibility of walking out the victory in the power of His resurrection life.

01/22/2017 – Sin, That Is The Problem

Speaker: Michael Larrabee
Summary: Hebrews 12:1-2. We had some conversation and reflection about the riot protesting that is going on around the country right now. The root of the problem is sin and the solution is Jesus. It is time the church stands up without compromise, cannot be bought because she has already been sold. Jesus paid in full, we are bought in full, we ought to live in full.

01/10/2016 Count the Cost

Speaker: Pastor Mike
Summary: The audio on this cuts in and out. We are working on resolving audio issues. The sermon is good enough to hear.
The text is Luke 14. We are challenged to count the cost. The gospel call has always been a full exchange. It demands the entire man, with nothing in reserve.

03/23/2014 Christ of the Harvest

John 4 Christ of the Harvest

We spend our time looking at the interaction between Jesus and the woman at the well. After Jesus’ discourse with the woman Jesus tells His disciples to look and harvest is ripe. We need the heart of Jesus for the lost no matter where or how we find them. We need to take the Lord’s promise of a harvest seriously.

07/28/2013 Salt and Light

Salt and Light.

The Church of Jesus Christ is called the salt and the light of the world. Salt is a preservative, and a light casts out the darkness. If we were to take a hard and honest look at the world around us, how are we doing? If we were to take stock of our friends, our family, our co-worker how are we doing with this whole salt and light thing? Are we a preserving agent in the world around us hindering corruption? Are we driving back the darkness?

We spend most of our time in Matthew chapter 5. There we find two keys to effective christian living, to simply be a true christian through and through as described in the beatitudes. Then there is placement, which means for us to be open about what Jesus has done in our life.
