05/14/2017 – A New Heart of Love- Making Me New

Speaker: Michael Larrabee
Summary: 1 Corinthians 13
Happy Mother’s day. We get a glimpse of God’s love towards us in the love of a mother for her children. Love is not a thing in the Christian life, it is the main thing. It for the love of God we serve and obey. We best demonstrate the work of salvation when we walk out love towards others. With no respect or prejudice, but a heart felt desire to see those around us prosper in every aspect of their lives. Love always views others in the context of the possibilities of God’s work of grace.

Speaker: Michael Larrabee
Summary: Luke 19:28-44, Zechariah 9:9, Revelation 7:9-10
God has called us to purpose and saved us with a design. Each of us has a role to play in bringing glory to the name Jesus. We look at Palm Sunday as it was foretold by the prophet and it is a shadow of a greater day yet to come.

This is the first Sunday we are making the worship available online. There is still some to be done with the sound levels to improve the production value of the recording. But with that said, I enjoyed listening to our dear brother Joseph Kozak and his lovely wife and thoughts may also.

02/26/2017 – Taking The Mountain – A Journey of Faith

Speaker: Michael Larrabee

Summary: Joshua 14. You need only to hold a suffering hand, console a weaping mother or a broken father. You only need to look around to see there is something very wrong with this world.

Where is the answer?

Who will hear?

God has answered, His church is the answer. We are called to bear His image, to lift up His standard.
We are bearers of the light, saturated by the light. Ever burning, never dimming, our place is not the valley.
To the mountains we are born, the city on a hill.

Forty five years ago Caleb had received a promise. Now is the time for him to collect. He had been promised his pick of the new promise land. Caleb chooses the mountains, to take the fortified cities, and face the giants.

Speaker: Michael Larrabee
Summary: Joshua 10. We are not called to be this world’s whipping boy. God has spoken over His church, His bless, and His promise. Christians are destined to victory if only we step from a place of prayer to the mission field we have been called to persist in the good fight of faith, trusting His promise, going forward for the sake of His glory. Joshua thus far has seen great victory and he has experienced defeat, but now he must rise up from a position of prayer to press the attack.
