The Fertility Partners (TFP) is the business partner of choice for leading fertility practices across North America. TFP provides partner clinics with strategic expertise, collaboration and back-office resources to ensure the best possible experiences and outcomes for patients.
Objective
To integrate TFP’s payment processing solution with their backoffice ERP system, NetSuite to:
- Create a unified omnichannel payment solution with card present and online transactions
- Improve back-office operations
- Reduce processing fees
The Challenge
The Fertility Partners (TFP) faced significant issues with their payment processing system. Their previous providers were unable to meet the growing demand for diverse payment options and inconsistent pricing across clinics resulted in overpayments at most locations.

- Ability to accept card-not-present transactions
- Functionality to process installments
- Support for digital wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Consolidated reporting of all transactions
- Back-office integration for efficient transaction management
The Solution
To address TFP’s challenges, we took a strategic and phased approach. First, we assessed their existing payment system, working closely with stakeholders from finance, IT and Customer Service to identify key areas for improvement. Then, we integrated their payment processing system with NetSuite and expanded their payment options to include online payment solutions like Pay by Link, recurring transactions, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Implementation
During the pre-sales process, it was determined that TFP required a three-phased approach (outlined on the right). Throughout the implementation, we provided continuous monitoring and support, including training sessions for TFP’s staff.

Integrate with NetSuite to enable online transactions, beginning with a pilot program at Olive Fertility Center across four clinics. Upon successful completion, roll out the integration to all clinics. - Phase 2
Add Apple Pay and Google Pay functionality - Phase 3
Integrate NetSuite with PAX devices
The Outcome
With integrations complete, TFP can provide patients with more payment options, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Their back office can also send invoices via NetSuite using a payment link. When the patient makes the payment, it is automatically applied to the invoice or sales order in NetSuite.
Additionally, after reviewing over 30 statements, we identified pricing inconsistencies across multiple clinics. Paysafe provided a new pricing structure to solve this, simplifying reconciliation and saving TFP over $200,000.
